SESIPL has successfully completed the electrical installation works for the Oerlikon project in Mumbai, a leading global technology group that specializes in surface solutions, polymer processing, and additive manufacturing. The project covers an area of 2,00,000 square feet and includes various office spaces, laboratories, workshops, and storage facilities.

Scope of project

Our scope of works for this project involved the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of Electrical components such as:

• Bus Bar Trunking (BBT): SESIPL installed BBT systems of different ratings and configurations to distribute power efficiently and safely from the main switchboard to the sub-distribution boards and load centers.
• Cables: SESIPL laid and terminated cables of various sizes and types, such as armored, unarmored, flexible, and fire-resistant, to carry power and signals to the various loads and equipment.
• Distribution Boards: SESIPL supplied and installed distribution boards of different capacities and specifications, such as MCCB, MCB, and RCBO, to protect and control the circuits and loads connected to them.
• Raceways and Cable Trays: SESIPL fabricated and installed raceways and cable trays, such as ladder type, perforated type, and wire mesh type, to support and route the cables throughout the premises.
• Low Voltage (LV) Systems: SESIPL provided and installed LV systems, such as UPS, inverters, batteries, generators, and transformers, to ensure uninterrupted and stable power supply for the critical loads and equipment.
• Switches, Sockets, and other low-side electrical materials: SESIPL fitted and connected switches, sockets, plugs, conduits, junction boxes, and other low-side electrical materials, to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the electrical system.
• Light fixtures: SESIPL supplied and installed light fixtures of various types and designs, such as LED, CFL, halogen, and fluorescent, to provide adequate and uniform illumination for the workspaces and common areas.
